Q: How are the accidental touches while wearing this case?

For me, it's no different than without the case. The case does add some bulk, and I was unable to use Apple Watch Bands that required the band to have free movement at the connector (specifically the Trail Loop band with Velcro).

Q: What screen protector fits best with the MAGEASY titanium case?

Any screen protector made for the ultra will fit with this case it doesn’t interfere at all with the fit of the screen protector. I’m sure if you get this case it will not disappoint. My only complaint is color options, but I guess they figure if apple isn’t going to give us an option why should they! 🤣
