This toy is great! It was a Christmas gift and it's still played with to this day. It's sturdy and a great gift!

Okay listen this goo jit zu has three different textures, one being like a more firm goo the middle being little Orby balls and the other section being like a slime it is all stretchable squish ball I love how each dragon does different things one shoots a little arrow the middle is the one that makes noise and the last one is a stretch tube very durable when it comes to stretching I did have to get a replacement only because I think the one got punctured in the box during shipping but it’s soft no stickiness to the silicone I would say I spent more than I think they are worth but overall I would think this is a perfect gift for a little boy who loves dragon creatures

Edit 7/17/2025: Its been a year and no breakage. We lost the missile almost right away but that’s our fault. The amazon price is better than ever, I definitely recommend this figure. Original Review: I was excited to see Amazon brought the King Hydra back in stock. My kids have been into Heroes of Goo Jit Zu again, and I wanted to get them this one because it’s the biggest released so far. Like every Goo Jit Zu, there’s additional features besides just being a stretchy toy. With King Hydra there are three types of fillings, lights and sounds, a missile launcher, and an extendable neck. My kids like the missile launcher. I thought the three fillings was pretty neat personally. The right side is stretchy (corn syrup), the left side is squishy (a watery gel), and the middle is filled with water beads. I read all the Amazon reviews before buying. Some people have had issues with the toy breaking. My girls are gentle with their toys. They have about 30 Goo Jit Zus they’ve collected over the last few years, and only one has broke. I’ll update the review if this one breaks, but it was fine right out of the box, and it doesn’t seem any more fragile than any of the others. They say kids don’t play with toys anymore, but Goo Jit Zus seem to be the exception. Even my mother in law wanted one as a stress reliever after she saw my kids playing with them. They also are a good value compared to other toys. Amazon has the best price for King Hydra that I’ve seen. I’ve been impressed with the whole Goo Jit Zu collection, and this guy will be a standout!

My son was thrilled with his toy; he couldn't wait to open it and play with it. The colors are vibrant and the material is super durable.

Grandson love this. Had durability and held up great as far as being able to endure little boys being so destructive with toys. And is so easy to keep up with as far as cleaning all the dirt and grime boys play in with their toys.

My son has been playing with this for about six months now and still loves it. It comes out all the time to battle monsters or destroy cars or beat up dinosaurs. It’s very versatile fun to stretch heavy duty and overall really cool. I find myself playing with it as sort of a stress toy, pulling and tugging at the arms and legs. The different textures are cool and it’s really great especially if your child has a vivid imagination because it’s a fun multipurpose toy with no real backstory so he can make it whatever he or she wants.
