These patches are excellent for pain relief anywhere on the body. I use for my lower back and they are extremely effective. I love the natural ingredients and the easy application. They have a sent, but are not too strong as other brands are and many similar brands, but a few of them have wormwood. Highly recommend.

These work great on pain! The sensation is warm and numbing. My knees are injured and the relief helps me get around.

These herbal knee patches work. Within minutes of putting one on my knee, the pain subsides. I wear it the full 8 hrs. As it states, do not use if using any kind of heating system, they will clash, as in get hotter. I gave it 4 stars because of the smell of some of the herbs. It's not really Strong, but I don't think it will pair well with your expensive perfume or cologne lol. Overall, I Will purchase again when I run low. Prepare yourself to feel an intense heat. I think they mixed reviews of products by the same brand here because some people were referring to menthol and cooling feeling. This is not it. It is so hot that you may need to take it off. We are not sure what is the ingredient that generates such an intense heat though. But of course it provides temporary relief. It does have a particular earthy smell but it is not disgusting just peculiar. If you have contact allergies this may not work for you, it may develop skin irritation because it is very strong. It seems to be well-made and it may provide some relief for some people if you can tolerate the heat.

I have purchased several packages before and they worked great, but this last purchase was different. I put the patches on my knees and I developed welts, redness and burning. I tried again and the same thing happened. I bought 4 boxes, but I am afraid to try again. I am still healing with scabs.

The patches are effective for relieving my knee pain. They are a good value. The smell is a little overpowering at First, but it seems to lessen as the patch is worn.
