My D level was low so my doctor recommended I take D3. My last blood test showed it worked well because my D level is normal now. I take one a day.

I guess they work….didnt get sick from them so that’s a place. Haven’t been sick in a while so also a plus. I’ll assume they work and will but again

Decent D3 supplement with extra vitamins
I typically like vitamin d drops, but my doctor suggested I switch to pill form with vitamin k. These seem to be good quality. The capsules are on the smaller side, but you do need to take two for the full dose. I think I could have done without the magnesium, but that is only because I have weird, opposite reactions to magnesium than most people. Hopefully, my next labs will show an improvement in my vitamin d levels.
