Comfortable and cool
It is very comfortable and does feel cooler. I noticed that move around more on my ears but it's worth the trade off for comfort.

Works great for Jabra Evolve 75. After a few months of use 2-3x a week, the pads are holding up well.

Fit size but some settings change
Amazing very confy, but some settings such as the mute sound changed after installing migth need to restore settings now lol

Comfortable earpads
I've had two sets of earpads come apart on me. I tried these as a last resort and they have held up well. Not quite as comfortable as the originals but are good enough. I would definitely reorder when the time comes. I'm surprised how much I use the L-R symbols, lol.
