Pentel Sparkle Pop Metallic Gel Pen, (1.0mm) Bold Line, Assorted Colors, Pack of 8 (K91BP8M)

These are the most sparkly pens I ever used. Write well, very smooth feel with crazy spark. Colors look different in white and black backgrounds. Color variety was good, I wish there was a red pen; orange dries almost gold. I also wish the purple was less blue, more of a light violet color. But I am super happy with these pens, will probably never go back to other glitter pens. (Gold and silver not showing well in the picture on black background, but in person there is a good contrast)

Love this set of sparkle gel pens! Definitely worth the money! The ink comes out smoothly which I always appreciate! Borrowed one of these from a teacher I was working with and knew I wanted a set of my own! They do change colors depending on the paper as specified! Happy with the purchase!

These pens are the prettiest and smoothest gel pens I've ever used. The color is rich and the sparkles are so pretty! The color change effect is amazing when the light hits it. Just don't leave the cap off or the pen will be ruined. Other pens might be cheaper but these are worth the money.

I love Pentel, and these neon inks don’t disappoint, they’re about as neon as neon gets, and the ink is creamy and smooth. There’s just one problem: the 0.5mm nibs. They’re terrible. They cause the ink to skip, they’re scratchy, they’re just awful, it’s like fingernails on a chalkboard the whole time you’re trying to write with them. I went through a lot of experimentation to figure out how to get this wonderful Solar Pop ink with a nib I liked. I finally figured one out. I also have the Milky Pop pens from Pentel which have the exact same barrel and body style as the Solar Pop except they come with a 0.8mm nib that is very smooth and reliable. When I got done with the Milky Pop sets, I pulled just the metal nibs out, cleaned them in alcohol, dried them, and then swapped them out with the 0.5mm nibs on the Solar Pop set. Guess what? It worked beautifully. I’m very pleased with the results, the ink doesn’t skip anymore, and the lines are more visible because now they’re not tiny. But the best part is how smoothly they write now, the scratchiness is now gone and these pens are now literally the most perfect neon pens I’ve ever had. Be advised that the blue and purple in this set do NOT fluoresce under a black light. But blue and purple are the hardest to get to fluoresce so I’m not really disappointed, it’s even kind of expected. The pink, orange, yellow, and green light up under a black light like the sun, though.

Even with all the ease with PCs & software for note taking, I still rely on pen & paper for meetings. I blame my ADHD & Autism for needing to write things down in order to better recall them! I tend to use multiple colored pens for work because it makes seeing various topics/to-dos/action items more visible (black ink just makes all the words blend together, which is frustrating when I'm reviewing my notes later). I have a full set of various types of gel pens (thanks to my time in childhood with milky & gel pens, I'm so glad companies are still producing them), all-in-one multicolor pens (you know the clicking ones with different ink pens in one), regular ink pens in various solid colors, but I adore using combo-colored ink pens! It makes writing fun & note reviewing easy, but the last set I bought I barely use because the colors are so light-colored, almost pastel, that it makes reading super difficult. So, I bought this set to try. To start, I really love the color combos! I would love a purple/green pen! Also, would love to see a set that combines various colors with metallic colors, like -- red/gold, blue/silver, pink/gold, green/gold, black/silver, silver/gold...etc...... would be really fun & I'd buy them! My only complaint with these is the thickness of the lines. I tried each pen on my thick notebook paper & the ink sort of "free flows" more than I expected, so the lines are thick like I'd see in 0.9 mm or thicker sized pens/pencils, even though these are marked as only 0.7 mm. Because the ink flows faster/thicker than normal gel/milky pens or even regular ink pens, I worry these will run out of ink very fast, with how much I need to write in my career. They also take a lot longer to fully dry or you risk smearing the ink. Definitely not ideal for me. If you journal or do other paper crafts (photo albums & others), thee pens would work well in those scenarios. But for anyone wanting pens for note taking, I'm unsure if these would be a good recommendation.

I love these pens. They are super sparkly and JUICY! Sometimes the glitter gets stuck and the rollerball doesn't really want to work, but I just doodle around on a scrap sheet of paper until it is back to normal. It also smears really easily, so lefties might struggle a bit...or people who are impatient...I think I like these more than GellyRoll?? I want them to come in more colors though

This pens works really good on paper etc which has a shiny surface where a regular pen will not work. Continuous writing which is a good feature.

Excellent sparkly gel pens- super juicy and lay down beautifully. These ones are my favourites to use.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell geliefert und war schön verpackt. Allerdings wurde keine original Verpackung geliefert, wie auf dem Verkaufsbild angezeigt. Zudem sehen die Stifte anders aus als auf dem Verkaufsbild. Die Stifte an sich schreiben sehr schön. Allerdings kann man auf Grund der undurchsichtigen Stifte nichts darüber sagen, ob sie neu und unbenutzt sind, weil der Tintenstand nicht einsehbar ist. Was aber der Qualität der Stifte keinen Abbruch tut. Ich war etwas überrascht und enttäuscht, dass man nicht das bekommt, was auf den Bildern gezeigt wird, aber ansonsten gute Stifte. Der Absender war auch nicht die Firma, die in der Produktbeschreibung genannt wurde.

Super produit
