I grabbed these EIGHTREE smart plugs mainly for the holidays, and honestly, they made decorating so much easier (and a little more magical 😄). I connected them to my Alexa in just a few minutes — the setup was super simple thanks to the clear instructions. Now, every evening I just say, “Alexa, turn on the Christmas tree,” and boom — instant holiday vibes! No more crawling under the tree to plug things in or rushing to unplug before bed. The timer feature is a nice bonus too, especially when I forget to turn things off. If you’re looking for something affordable, reliable, and easy to use — especially around the holidays — these are totally worth it. I’m already thinking of getting more for lamps and other decorations!

I bought a few Wemo and Eightree Smart Plugs about a year ago, and I have to say the Eightree Smart Plugs have worked perfectly, with no issues, and are so easy to set up. So I just bought a few more. The Wemo ones, on the other hand, had a 50% failure rate, and guess what, Wemo has recently discontinued their app (Jan 31, 2026 is their last day), so their kits are now useless. Eightree Smart Plugs are the way to go, for now...

These work so well, once you download the app you can turn things on and off from your phone, and set scheduled on and off time. I first bough an outside plug that was a different brand but used the same smart life app and it did take me a bit to figure out how to connect everything, but with these they synced right up to my app. I bought one then came back and bought a second! Not sure about longevity it's been a couple weeks since my first purchase and no complaints so far.

Good plugs that works with Alexa, however they don’t seem to stay connected if the power goes out. The setup is pretty easy so that’s a plus. Also, I like them because they are low profile. I would buy them again.

Relatively an unknown brand but purchase to work with my SmartLife App. The plug installed on my SmartLife app as soon as I plug it in. I utilize the automation function to turn on my outlet once a water leak detection alarm triggered and it works wonderfully within the SmartLife App. Definitely recommend for ease of use, compatible with App and pricing!

These were pretty straightforward to connect to Wi-Fi and the app, and once they were set up they’ve been reliable for lamps and small devices. I like being able to turn things on and off with my phone, especially when I’m not home. The plugs are a little bulky, but not enough to be a real problem. It connect very well with my homelife app. THe build quality is also very good so I expect it to last a long time. There are no noises that constantly comes from it, but just a little click sound when it turns on and off.

- I bought these plugs before black Friday at $20.98. Now they are on sale for the exact same price for black Friday. Don't fall for the discount scam. They are not discounted. I do like the plugs though, and they are definitely worth 20 dollars. Below is my original review. This is my first time having smart plugs and these were easy to set up and link to my alexa. I my whole room and office set up to be operated by voice. Turn my lights on when I wake up or turn my fan on if I get too hot at night. I have no idea how long they last but they seem pretty durable. I'm happy with the purchase.

Relación precio calidad sobresaliente, compre las 4 piezas y todas funcionan muy bien. Las tengo instaladas en ventiladores y luces y se integran a la perfección en la app de Alexa, solamente es dar nombre adecuado a cada contacto, por ejemplo "ventilador sala", "luces de patio" y no tendrán ningún problema

3 of the 4 plugs connected flawlessly. One of them was difficult and woudn't stay connected. I think the wifi antenna might be flaky. I kept trying and squeezed down on the top of the plug and it connected. I considered returning the product but decided sgsinst it. I named the one flaky plug as defective in the app so that I will use it last and not for anything critical. All in all I'm happy enough with the price point and 3 good ones. I use the same app (smart life) for other devices, so that is a plus.
