It's not hard to place it (but I should say, though, it demands intimacy with your lady parts... so if you don't fill comfortable touching it, sticking finger on it looking for places, sticking fingers again to pull things out of it, etc, then this is probably not for you!), I couldn't feel a thing during sex (neither did my partner) and it is still in place when it's time to remove it.
