I purchased these boAt Airdopes 121 Pro in early January, and within two months, they completely failed. The charging case stopped working, and the earbuds wouldn't hold a charge. The Warranty Nightmare: I raised a official warranty claim and sent the unit back. After a week, boAt messaged me saying the claim was "passed" and a replacement was sent. To my shock, they simply sent back my original, used unit. While the charging issue seems to have been "fixed," the product is now even more broken than before. The right earbud is completely dead—no sound, no connectivity—meaning I now have a mono headset instead of the stereo pair I paid for. Final Verdict: Poor build quality and a "replacement" service that just sends back refurbished or poorly repaired units with new defects. Save your money and look elsewhere.
