Shocking to see the value in todays date
Got his for less than 20K, and I am surprised to see it go above 35K. Nice and compact for a 15 inch and weight is good enough I guess considering it was a budget laptop when I bought. Good enough for office work, movie watching and so many other things. It was value for money, but looking at the prices now, don't know what should I say. Hard to recommend at todays price. Doesn't heat much. Sound is ok Battery life is good enough

Worst Product, Don't buy it.
I am giving this product 1 star as there is no option to give 0 star. It is so bad that it can't handle Prince Of Persia (Forgotten Sands) which only needs 4GB RAM to play. It is clearly mentioned in the specs of this laptop that RAM is 12GB. I don't know what kind of RAM is this. This product is pathetic. Don't buy this even any product of acer. I think it is not a good brand. I purchased many laptops till now (HP, Dell, Macbook pro, Lenovo). First time I tried ACER and regretting. I tried to return it but there is no return policy, they can just replace and the technician was just trying to resolve the issue over the phone, he was not willing to visit my home and he took OTP over phone only and didn't resolve anything. Hello was just saying I tried a lot, had a conversation with my senior, His senior was saying if want to return the product, there is only one way that is return the product and we will refund you after deducting 3-4K amount. I don't know why. Nothing was clear and unresolved and that didn't make any sense. So I had no other option than using this laptop just for nothing. It is useless. Don't buy it, you'll regret.
