Great product, and I am enjoying it so far. But one area where I think they cheap out is the cranks. If it were meta, it would have been way, way better. And also, they don't include a bell in the package. cmon CRADIAC, you are selling a 10000 rs product and cheaping out on a 100 rs item? Does that 100 rupee mean more than a satisfied customer

Quality not that great, you don't feel confident enough to ride the bicycle if you fit with your hands becuase of some plastic things. Bottle holder screw is damaged and some parts paint was gone, some parts are gummy. I spoke to the manging person but no response. Seat is very hard. Overall high priced average quality cycle.

Very bad cycle.The front reflector was broken ,the back tyre and tube were defective,disc machine nuts are not there.These are all the defects around after opening the pack.The stickers on the cycle frame are very cheap and they are coming out.Over all this cycle is very bad .The product is of very cheap quality.I recommend for not at all choose this Cradiac cycle .very bad experience with customer care.So don’t prefer this brand…it is my sincere advise.I request the AMAZON not to entertain such fraud company.

The cycle is really good, it has a wonderful look and value for money. The customer service from CRADIAC was also really good and supportive. However the packing could be improved. When I received the courier, there were some damages in the package.
