Space Saver
Purchased this for my Son. He had two 27inch monitors sitting on the desk taking up a lot of room. He drilled a hole versus the side mount and Now he has a ton of room to work and Looks great.

Sturdy and simple to install
Originally I had one of the mounts with a pole and straight arm. While it was a good mount, the limited reach was a problem due to tight constraints on placement since it has to put my ultrawide monitor right between upper cabinets and there not any flexibility in depth (going back towards wall) since my desk has a back. Also I have two monitors so planned to eventually install another mount (with a new hole) anyway. This solved both problems and was even easier to install than the previous one due to the bolt going down with a hand-tightened wing nut versus bolt going up into the arm with a regular nut which meant getting a ratchet up inside/behind the lower drawers for the install. Getting it installed was easy with getting the tilt and tension to hold it in the position I wanted was probably the longest part of the whole install. It could hold the tilt position a little better as I had to really crank down on it to be secure, but it holds my 29" ultrawide and a 27" without any issue and is easy to tweak its position in the other directions. The cable management is just ok since a cord that adds much tension (say a heavy ac adapter hanging free) can pop the plastic cover off the cord channels, but I got it on and secure finally. Securing the cords together in the right position with cable ties behind the desk helped.Updated with pics, I did have some problems getting things in a good position. Partly due to ultra wide and partly the limited horizontal space where I wanted it to be able raise up more (as seen in pics). Overall I'm happy just with an extra in the desk to fill, not sure how specs determined but didn't seem to extend horizontally as much as I thought it would making positioning my monitors side by size in a useful way tricky.

Sturdy and Holds 27 inch monitor and laptop without issue. PSA on opening and adjusting
Update 08.24.20For some reason one of the arms is unable to keep the monitor tilted to be perpendicular to the floor. If i do, it'll tilt down until the screen is facing the floor. Just needed to tighten the screw clockwise as much as possible. Good for now!Like other reviews have stated this is a sturdy design and holds monitors and laptops without issue. Moving them around after install is a breeze as well. Two things that you should know when you are opening the package:- When pulling out the arms and cutting the zip ties that are holding down the levered arms: There is a note that states to hold down the levered arm before you cut the zip tie so you can gradually open the arm. Unfortunately the note that stated this was inside the arm so I didn't see it until I cut one of the zip ties and had the arm expand. No injuries, but just FYI.- Adjusting tension: One of the arms had a note that said not to turn the tension counter clockwise, but the arm i was doing that exact thing on did not have the note. I didn't notice that until after the fact...... Oops.Even with the two items above, I haven't had any issues with operating the two arms. So win for me I guess. Will update ratings if something comes up later on.***** Update 06.01.20 ******I still like this mount but realized that if you have a heavier or non-centered vesa mount you won't be able to hold the monitor at 90 degrees. I have a 27 inch lenovo where the main part (heavier) is at the bottom 1/3 of the monitor along with the vesa mounts. It ends up over-rotating which isn't ideal. My Asus 24 inch has no issues. Picture included so you can see. Lenovo is on right.

Garbage, don't waste your money
Purchased this to hold my two new 32" LED Dell monitors. They started out well (first two weeks), but now each day they drop the monitor closer and closer to the desk.. No matter how much I tighten or re-tighten these arms at the joints, they can't seem to hold up the monitors longer than an hour or two. These are light monitors. They are too much hassle and I am mad I didn't return this garbage the sign of their lack of quality. Get them if you are bored and want a daily struggle to keep the monitors at eye level or if you simply enjoy laying cheek down on the desk while you type or read. Garbage.

Stout set of arms. Factor this in if you're using with a stand-up topper!
Very easy to assemble and attach to my stand-up topper. Holding a 32" (had to get an adapter plate due to VESA pattern being 200x200 on it) and a 22" without issue. The 22" is VERY lightweight (one of those Sceptre super thin ones), so it will not stay lower than I'd prefer, and getting the 32" to sit where I wanted it took some patience and holding it in place for a minute or two.Unfortunately, I've put my standup topper at capacity now after factoring in both monitors, the adapter plate, work laptop, and this arm. This weighs a solid 12 lbs, so make sure you keep that in mind when doing the math to outfit your desk!Actual rating would be 4.5 if that was allowed because of the bit of struggle in getting screens to hold position.

Very sturdy & Durable - great price point!
I purchased this for double monitors, and it's very sturdy & durable. My only complaint is that it's very difficult to get the 32" monitors side by side without having a huge "elbow" that hits the wall. I think this is the wrong arm for larger monitors & it's very frustrating. I got it to work but putting both arms together on 1 side, but it's not my preferred viewing distance. For the quality & the price though, it's hard to complain.UPDATE: I've had this for ~2 years & one of the monitors droops forward & the "screw" is already so tight I cannot adjust it. The other arm, the bracket portion that allows you turn your monitor sideways is so loosy goosey I suspect my monitor may fall off one of these days. Sucker was cheap but I'm not sure it was worth the hassle since I cannot have my monitors straight & next to each other.
