This stuff has saved my hair! I recently had a lot of hair loss due to an extremely stressful year. I thought I was going bald! I went to the dermatologist they confirmed it was stress hair loss and recommended trying biotin. After researching many other brands, this one stood out for the minimal ingredients and the safety. I love that it isn’t a huge list of ingredients and added vitamins since I already take a multivitamin. I have had no gastrointestinal side effects, which is surprising, since I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I have been taking this stuff for about six months now. My hair loss is minimal now and I no longer mourn every shed piece of hair in the shower. I have noticeable baby hairs coming in and my scalp shows less. My nails and skin have also improved in health and brightness. The lemon taste is good but does have a bit of an unpleasant smell that you have to ignore. Highly recommend.

These vitamins have been so helpful and I have seen a difference in hair regrowth and skin health postpartum. I had bald patches and significant hair loss at 4 months postpartum (when I started taking these) and now I am 6 months and my baby hairs are 3/4 inch long and my bald patches are filling in. My skin has typically always been prone to breaking out as well and since being on these it has been so clear. I haven't changed my skin care regimen one bit but I have less breakouts. They’re very soft and chewy and taste like lemon. You do need to take these consistently to see long term results. I took a couple week break while moving and noticed my breakouts came back in those weeks probably due to stress, lack of sleep, and not taking these. I will continue to buy this long term

I think these are pretty good. Been taking almost a month. My postpartum hair loss has been extra bad this time and the hair was coming out like crazy and I felt so powerless to stop it. When I started taking these there has been a noticeable difference in shed. I’m still losing a bit but it’s nowhere near as much.4 stars for now I want to see if it’ll help some regrowth happen. I know I’m only 3 months postpartum and this is when hair loss starts but I’ve almost got a bald patch in front! Really hope these help it grow back
