I first used these in my pilates class - and this is the second set I've bought for home use. I like to roll them under my feet for an awesome foot massage... or use them to roll on each side of my spine while leaning against a wall. I think these are the best version of this ball for these purposes. They are soft but also nubbly. A lot of the others I've seen have really hard spikes - these are more gentle. I use my partially inflated (pretty much how they came in the box).

Of the many versions of this type of fascia release ball out there, this is one of the better ones. Materiel is good quality. I believe they're made in Italy for what thats worth.

These were recommended by my physical therapist. They use at their clinic as well. Put between your back and the wall . Or wherever your sore spots are . Mine is siatica and bone spurs in spine . Really helps .
