Good product, does the job, light and easy to use. It is brilliant for steam cleaning with attachments. Only problem is the steam finishes quickly so although very good for small rooms/areas but for bigger areas, have to keep waiting till it gathers steam again. It is of good quality, efficient cleaning and value for money.

It is a good product. After awhile stops, slightly water coming through. Really helps to clean chimney and kitchen.

Superb machine for domestic use. People with allegies or who want chemical free clean go for it.

Steamer works well I used for car cleaning it's good for interior cleaning and AC cleaning but for engine bay cleaning it's not suitable for exterior cleaning it's not worthy prci also too much expensive .

Not that happy as I expected. Steam flow is good but need to refill water very fast. No indication of water level. Heat of steam is ok but not that heated as I expected. Cost is quite high than the product. Can't find attachment to do Cloth steaming even If I want extra to buy.

A steam cleaner was on my shopping wish list for long, I researched enough and then decided to buy this, I am glad I choose this and not local/ cheaper options.. Build is sturdy Steam quality and pressure is good Results are fantastic - Used it for Windows, floors, bathroom, wooden flooring, got wonderful results Glass cleaning accessory and Garment steamer accessory doesn’t comes in the package - had to buy separately. garment steamer is not available in India - hoping they start selling in India soon!! Overall brilliant product who want to do on their own and are aware of what proven brands offer!!

Was confused between sc2 and sc4. Sc4 comes with dual water tank whereas sc2 comes with only 1 tank. It does remove any sticky particles on floor. The glass wiper attachment is also a must buy and great. Even with first usage the floor looks shining. Not yet tried other attachments. Some steaks are found here and there. But overall a 5/5 product.

Works well in cleaning chimney and upvc windows and bathrooms. Just use distilled water and never use tap water. When storing it, drain water n keep the plug open n not inserted into machine else it would jam. Can use simple microfiber clothes tied with help or elastic band.

A great brand perhaps, but they are selling items that are less than perfect as after 6months of very moderate use (steam cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors) I heard a pop sound when I switched it on and it started leaking everywhere. Now I have to get it fixed on my own account. Looking at the return policy I realized that they give one month to return. Although that is illegal in SA - it should have a warranty of at least 6 months. So beware.

I decided to buy this as it was on sale so it was a great price. Its very easy to set up and use. Literally you add 1 litre of water plug it in and wait till its hot enough and start using it. I've used it a few time to clean the floors in the hallway and kitchen and does a great job. Now the negatives. If you doing a big job and you need to refill the tank you have to wait a while for it to cool down to undo the tank screw. The water tank could do with being a bit bigger. This isn't really a negative but I thought it would be better than what it is. It is good but I just thought it would be stronger steam so not a fault of the item just my expectation

This is a great product, I did buy some extras for it-the window steamer/small nozzle, it in the short time Ive owned it it has 1) totally cleaned my bathroom/shower so it looks like new 2) totally cleaned my kitchen-all its surfaces and floor 3) cleaned the inside of my oven which had not been cleaned for over a year-looks like new. Its great with floors as it cleans with steam, but leaves little damp. Would recommend extra of the covers for the mop and accessory-they are pricey from the manufacture-got some much cheaper ones from amazon (if which there are many) and they are fine. Lastly, you need to follow the instructions for refilling it-unless you have emptied the remaining steam, unplugged it and put the switch back to close-it wont let you open the fill up point-its safety. You can change tool with the switch set to steam-not a great thing to do as if you touch the trigger-out will come steam!
