Great Buy for the price! My dog loves it!
My 10 Pound Mini Dachshund fits perfectly in the Size bag and seems to be very comfortable riding in it. She is service dog so she spends 2 or 3 hours at a time riding in it when I'm out and about running errands with no issue. The ventilation the mesh material offers is cool enough Texas Summer but appears to be pretty Sturdy. I like the adjustable neck hole and straps which allow you to wear it as either a backpack or a front pack. The removable waterproof base wasn't firm and supportive enough so I cut a piece of a cardboard box in it's and placed it between the base and the bag for more support. There are two very small mesh pockets on either side of the bag that I store a leash and some treats in and another zippered pocket in the front in which I store my keys and wallet. The bag did have a strong chemical smell upon arrival but it aired out after a few days. I get plenty of compliments on this bag. I payed full price for this Item and did not receive a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion. If you've found this reveiw helpful, please check the bix below.

Content Cat, Happy Owners
We're moving and have a long road trip ahead. Our 16 yo cat has been in our current house/neighborhood for 15 years. To acclimate him to new places, we take him out on walks wearing a harness with an elastic leash attached to a retractable leash. The outings have not been entirely successful as he's tentative about walking around in most foreign environments (tries to take off into brush or simply sits), so the back/front pack has been a godsend. We typically start a walk by placing the cat in the pack and clipping the pack's internal lead line to the cat's harness, which prevents him from escaping. He rides in the pack with his head poking out of the hole, but if he's anxious about anything (i.e. cars, dogs, etc.), he simply hunkers down into the pack out of sight. When we get to an appropriate spot, we clip on the leash, unclip the lead line, and let the cat out of the bag for a walk. We believe an indication of a successful outing is when the cat is comfortable enough to relieve himself on a leashed walk, and he has done so.The pack has adjustable shoulder and waist straps and has two open and one zipped pocket, which allow for carrying treats, poop bags, and the leash. The mesh fabric is not completely opaque so the cat can still see what's going on.The back/front pack has improved the outings experience greatly for all involved. We feel confident our road trip with the cat will go more smoothly with the back/front pack along.

My Chihuahua can comfortably join me for motorcycle rides.
The media could not be loaded. Got it to take my Chihuahua on motorcycle rides. It works perfectly. I got the small, he is about 7 lbs and it seems to be just right. There's a clip inside that I can attach to his harness, the neck is adjustable, the material is breathable, so he stays nice and cool while moving. It's quite easy to get him in it and strap it on, now that I've gotten used to attaching the straps behind my back. It seems sturdy, and there are 3 pockets, 2 open on the sides, and one zip shut on the front. Big enough for his leash and some treats. He loves riding around now, and the pack stays comfortable for the most part. I've taken him for rides over 2 hours and we both do just fine. I definitely recommend the "doggles" as well, they keep wind and road dust out of his eyes.

Decent for the price - good for containing
I ordered this backpack predominantly for bike riding on an upcoming trip with our 9 pound chihuahua, and it seems it will do the trick. He is 14" from nape to tail (collar to base of tail) and *barely* fits in a large as you can see in the picture. I considered ordering an XL but I think he will make it in the large. He can sit comfortably but I doubt he could curl up and take a nap. The straps are not extremely comfortable but workable because the price can't be beat. Side note: I remembered someone commented that a woman with a larger chest may experience discomfort with the straps crisscrossing the chest... after wearing it for a little while I can definitely imagine this would be the case. I do appreciate the adjustable neck hole; my skittish chi would definitely be tempted to climb out if the hole was larger. Also, be prepared to have a sweaty back in warm weather.... there is not a lot of airflow going on back there and even my puppy was panting during our first test run (to be fair it IS 85 degrees in VA at the moment). :-)

Cheaply made. Poor design but gets the job done I guess (Sizing chart may not be accurate!)
I have a 12lb mini schnauzer and based on the sizing/weight chart I should have bought the XL version but intuitively went with the Large. I'm glad I did because she would have be swimming in the XL. In fact, based on how it fits and the strap lengths, I should have gotten the Medium. The bag portion fits her for the most part but I have the straps set to their shortest length and tightened all the way and the bag still feels like it's not snuggly strapped to me. I used it to go for bike rides with my dog so I need her to be snuggly attached to me so she doesn't swing and flop around. I tried crossing the shoulder straps like and "X" to make it tighter but then it was choking me. I haven't found a way to make it fit comfortably and sturdily. I'm 150lbs so I'm not massive but I'm also not a skinny stick. Maybe if you're 200lbs and much thicker in the ribs maybe this bag will fit your body better. The material that it's made out of gets the job done but you can just tell it's going to fall apart sooner than later based on the construction and the feel of the material. Oh and the silly flat board thing that you're supposed to put in the bottom of the bag to give your dog a solid surface to sit on is useless unless you don't mind have a hard edge digging into your back the whole time. There visually no padding between the bag and your back so that board digs right into your spine. Honestly, I wanted to return it but waited too long to really give it a try and missed the return date. I feel like there's gotta be a better made solution out there but this one isn't it

needs a short bodied dog
I love the backpack but not really ideal for miniature long bodied dog. would be great for a little fluff ball.
