Product is good but during transit there was minor damage. I thought to give it a try instead of replacing it because this much damage will come even if I ask for replacement. Packaging should be made better like inside thermocol. Installation is easy but you have to take care not to break the piece during assembly. Price should be reduced. Price is high of any brand you see. Good for keeping shoes which you are not using daily and keeping the shoe safe. Not for daily necessities otherwise the door will go bad. Door closing is not magnetic. Have to use technique to close the door of the case. Magnetic would have been better.

The product is not worth the price being paid. The door which we close is so flimsy and not at all durable. The hinges are so badly cutout where the doors doest close or lock-in. I have no time or energy to deal with the seller. Bought it to keep my premium shoes but then due to the lack of quality just gonna rid of this or give it to someone else

Pathetic seller. In replacement , they have sent even more defective product. In this new rack, even not a single flap is working properly. Product is good. Not very great material but serving the purpose. Out of 5,2 closing flaps are not properly working and one side lock is broken . This product delivered without proper packaging . They had put it in the amazon box with out any wraps so it got few scratches also.

Best purchase at a given price. Looks neat and clean. Material also seems sturdy. All my shoes fit well without effort.

Product wise it is very good.. but size is very small can't put pair of shoes in the rack at a time. Look is good, less weight, easy to use.

Doesn't look as showed in description. The quality is bad and cheap. The transparent door doesn't close properly.

Item was delivered properly. Fit: After assembled the plastic locking system was not properly fitting. The transparent lid was not fitting properly Finish: The finish product is good. Look vice ok. Quality: The plastic had a holding capacity of a cardboard. Very thin. The front transparent door is not closing properly
