Is this suitable for adding to hot water for drinking?

I have only ever used it for baking and ice cream making so can't answer from first hand experience. However it contains sunflower oil and peppermint oil which suggests it wouldn't be suitable for making drinks, peppermint leaves are likely better for this.

Where can i get a dropper or pipette to fit the 100ml bottle

Yes, the one I use is much stronger and 100% organic, glass bottle too. Mystic moments I think from eBay.

does it contain alcohol? or is it alcohol free?

It has only two ingredients:- organic sunflower oil- organic peppermint oil
