Not too thick so very comfy fit in your shoes .

They work really well at keeping your feet cool

Do not waste your money, invest in a brand like schol
These cooling gel pads were not as described. The edges are sharp and the bottom of the pads are completely smooth and have no grip so slid around in the shoe. Over all, not good value for money, these feel cheap and the edges hurt your foot as they slice into you when you walk I've included a picture which highlights the edges... Overall I'm severely disappointed with the quality of these and I don't recommend them at all.

Dont work
They are fairly comfortable and fit nicely inside shoes. I bought a size 3-4 and have size 5 feet but my feet are still boiling hot in this summer temperatures. Maybe put them in the fridge before you wear them? I dunno. They werent expensive so I'm not too bothered.
