This is a great product works good for my needs and quality and price is good this is recommended.

This thing worked great. Bought to trim some really high bushes at Pop's house. Did great.. Used saw also to prune his tree, worked great also.. The battery worked good for extended time, the extension easily connects and seems durable.. Reconnected/disconnected numerous times.. Now the Bad: the safety switch button hangs up! Very dangerous.. Would stay running when trigger was released.. I took mine apart and removed button, after that worked to my approval.. Note: do not disassemble unless you know what you are doing! I would though buy another if I needed one.. good price.

Reaches limbs a lot higher than I thought it would. Much lighter than my previous saw. I can work for much longer periods with this light weight saw.

I just unpacked it today, battery partially charged from factory and I was able to use the pole saw to cut two 1.5” limbs, changed over to the hedge trimmer and trimmed two 8’ Holly bushes and about 25’ of hedges Holly and partially trimmed a 10’ hawthorn bush before the factory charge expired. Will update again after further usage but this far, VERY PLEASED. It is slightly heavy so be prepared for a workout but reflects quality build.

It worked great, but didn’t realize it didn’t detach to use as hand held saw.

It's a $98 Chinese made pole saw. Does it work, yes. Is it safe? No, my trigger sticks... A lot. Is it flimsy, underpowered, and have a okay battery life, yes. But the vaule for a pole saw to have on hand for occasional use compared to $300 bucks for a quality tool only one is amazing. Do I recommend it, as long as you have common sense and aren't gonna use it heavily, absolutely!

Fairly light battery last a long time. It does get a little squirreley with the extension on. Saw chain stays sharp trimmer works very well trimming tall shrubs. Really good buy.

Heavy but wort the money.

Bought a second battery. Great item for the price. Battery last about 1/2 hour or fairly heavy usage. As stated by others, a bit heavy but good product overall. Used this trimmer to trim my 40x4x12 feet high cedar hedge.

Very good, cuts through anything I’ve attempted. Would be nice to use tools with a sorter pole or in hand.
