buy it!
I had been looking for this solution for forever. It’s great! I use it so I can make my iPad into a little TV in my kitchen. It sits up high and it works great with tilting it in all directions. Solid construction and very sleek.

Nice stand. Solid. Looks great.
I got myself a new iPad Pro 13 M4, and immediately got to the business of accessorizing it. One of the first things I wanted was a cover or case. But next up was a stand. This iPad is so powerful, it deserves to *look* like a computer when I'm putting it through its paces. The KU XIU Foldable Magnetic Stand is really nice. Its gray aluminum alloy complements my black iPad Pro perfectly. And the magnetic plate is significant, nearly as wide as the iPad itself when it's in portrait mode. That's nice, because I've used other magnetic iPad stands before and, if the plate isn't sufficient, the iPad doesn't stay level. It also means you get a significant magnetic bond to hold your uncased iPad in place (don't even try to use this with an iPad in a case). But not so significant that it's hard to remove. As long as you get the iPad positioned correctly, and feel that magnetic "click," you're good. If you don't, it could come off. However, once you've placed it a few times, it gets easier. My only rap on it is that, if the stand is tilted too far forward and down -- as if to position the iPad just a couple inches off the table or desk -- the weight of the tablet will tip it forward and onto the desk. But the only solution to that is likely more weight in the base. And I'm not sure that extra weight is worth it, especially if you're taking this stand and your iPad on the go.Overall, I really like it. Paired with a small Apple Space Gray keyboard, it kind of ends up looking like a tiny 13-inch iMac.

Awesome!
Awesome stand for your new iPad! Strong magnet lets you carry the stand around with the ipad attached without any worry of it falling off. Very adjustable! I'd purchase this again if I needed a 2nd one!

Works for M4 iPad Pro
I was disappointed to find that my old similar stand did not work for the new iPad Pro. The old stand made by a different manufacturer had a rotating base. However, overtime, the base began to wobble. I like that this base doesn’t have any moving parts other than the arm. So far so good hopefully it will continue to hold up.

Really solid stand with a strong magnetic connection.
I was interested in a standalone stand for my Ipad since the magic keyboard felt a little limiting for what I wanted to use it for when at the home hub so I decided to try this stand and another one that didn't utilize magnets. I have to say, I barely used the other one and threw it in the closet after testing this one out. This stand is great! The magnets are strong and didn't feel like it would just plop off. At first it was a little wobbly because I was babying the Ipad and tried to slowly attach it to the stand but it still held surprisingly well until I moved it into the right spot and BAM the thing wasn't going anywhere. If it feels even slightly loose or off, your ipad is definitely not in the right spot. Once secure, you have a lot of movement with a little caveat. The good stuff about this stand is the ability to orient the ipad in both vertical and landscape. When at the desk, I've been using the stand in a vertical orientation and then I would occasionally turn it when I wanted to play some games. It takes some strength to move this stand and theirs no give so when you find your perfect spot for your ipad it's not going anywhere. The magnetic panel that connects to your ipad is also very large there's a lot of material to hold to adjust the stand to your liking without feeling like you're going to rip or damage your Ipad. Now here's the bad stuff. The weight distribution is top heavy. The higher you set the Ipad, the higher the likelihood it's going to topple. It's not hard to find the sweet spot with this stand but if you need a more resilient solution or maybe you have pets or kids that may cause a potential calamity this stand might be not the best choice regardless of how clean it looks. I recommend something with a weighted base. Also, it might not be the best stand for traveling. It's a good mix of weight to performance for me but I don't feel it's light enough for travel comfortably. Lastly, I wish they added a soft feel material on top of the base and around the magnetic panel. When I pull off my Ipad I'm pretty careful because the first time I ripped it off using one hand the ipad swung back and whacked the metal stand and made a nasty metal on metal sound. I now lay my ipad flay on the table and pull off the stand in an upward motion. So yeah, that's my thoughts and even with the bad I've been using it daily since I received it and it's my main stand now and probably will be until it breaks or a new Ipad comes out. Would recommend!

ehhh
I'm just ok with this stand. The magnets are not as strong as I'd like when using this in a writing position. The stand at least doesn't have too much issues with the different moving of positions, but the magnets cause the ipad to slip even without a case. When I'm using this as an extra monitor or in sidecar mode, this works decently. For anything outside of that, not so much.

Very nice magnetic stand!
This is a very well-made stand… it feels strong and it looks classy and elegant. The magnets work great… I saw some review and it way saying the magnets don't work at all, not true! I would pretty much bet my life they just had the old 12.9" iPad Pro and not the 13". The magnets in the two are completely different. My iPad goes on this with no problem and stays without wobbling or me worrying it's gonna slip off.My only problem with this stand is that if you pull it too far forward or if you try to keep it too far back it topples over. I wish they had made the base heavier so that this wouldn't happen… now I have been able to combat this at times by putting something on the base, but I shouldn't have to. But I work with it because the rest of the stand is great. I will say it is heavy, but it's not like I travel with it so it's not a big deal to me. If they ever release another one with a better, heavier base I'll be first in line for it!
