Been looking for a suitable bit of kit to use as receptacle for both general waste and recycling in kitchen. Had a 20 litre simplehuman bin which had served us well for many years. Recycling went in a plastic box bought from Ikea kept in utility room. My daughter had moved into a new house and on first visit noticed she had bought one of these dual bins. So impressed bought one for our house. Been using it for months now and absolutely delighted with purchase. It’s a big piece of kit but it swallows general waste and the vast majority of kitchen recycling. This is a well designed and made unit from Simplehuman. Always buy their purpose made bags because they are strong and maximise efficiency of removal and replacement. Recommended!

Smart and stylish. It very much suits my refurbished kitchen.

This is a great looking bin which fits the space I have well & matches the finish of my cooker etc. the mechanism is smooth, quiet & appears sturdy. I have only given this 3 stars because it only comes with one inner plastic bin (for the recycling side) & lifts out for easy emptying. The general waste side of the bin has to make do with a plastic bag bin liner only - which is going to get messy if the bag is punctured or rips. The info states their bags are strong & are a bespoke size for the bin but are ridiculously expensive compared to other supermarket bin liners. Not only do they save a (very small) amount by only providing one - not 2 proper inner bins but it appears to be a cynical marketing ploy to force you to keep buying their own bin liners at a massively inflated price.

I absolutely loved this product! From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was high quality and thoughtfully made. It works exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. The design is great, it’s easy to use, and it delivers fantastic results. I’m genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it.

Great trash can. Was apprehensive initially about paying this much for this trash can but great quality, could not be happier.

Wish it was just a little bit bigger. Does dent easy.
