Needs more details on how to mount Jersey. To mount with Pins - you will need to buy more pins at a craft store. Map pins work best. Insert the pin mounting board inside the jersey. Center jersey on board then place insert a few pins into the mounting board from the side. See if jersey looks good and centered in frame Then add pins on all four sides to get wrinkles out and secure the jersey. Place jersey in frame - and place foam backing on top - then insert black board and sealA
