Comfortable
This is an incredible item! It was well made and extremely agreeable. Since I began utilizing it a couple of days prior, my trigger finger issue has been under control. As clarified by various sites and in addition the dealer, you have to wear this for two or three weeks. It doesn't work medium-term however it certain keeps the finger stable enough so it doesn't bolt with torment. I am happy somebody informed me regarding this. I didn't know it existed. I have been managing this agony for a considerable length of time and now I at last have it under control. The velcro is sufficiently long to fold over with no issues. In the event that you have trigger finger issue, try this out. I very prescribe it

Need a small buckle to enable easier tightening of splint
I used this product to limit movement of a trigger finger while sleeping. It does the job, but it should have come with a small buckle that would enable you to tighten it more easily. As it is, you have to hold one part down while connecting the other Velcro part, which often results in a loose fitting splint. Given I have to use an arthritic hand to do this, it is particularly difficult for me.

A diagram or instruction was not included. So it's pure guesswork as how to put it on correctly.
Did not come with any instruction or diagram. Pure guesswork as to how it is suppose to go on. It does not press on the tendon, which is where the problem lies. However there is a small button on top of the strap, which I assume is meant to be on the bottom, thus pressing on the tendon. It comes with a 2" long Velcro strap with yet another button. What am I supposed to do with that?UPDATE: I finally figured it out after realizing pressure on the tendon is not part of the healing process. As a splint it works very well.Evidently the seller reads the reviews, because I immediately received quite a nice letter from them as well as a credit on my AX card.I am going to insist they re-charge me for the item.

Very comfortable.
I stumbled over my cat and banged my right hand on the wall. The pain was instant and I knew the middle joint on my pinky was dislocated. I put stabilizing bandage on my hand and picked up a finger splints at the pharmacy it was made of aluminum it was padded but did not offer the support needed. This is perfect it stabilized my finger in the right places took away the pain 90%. I should have bought two. Even when it gets damp it air dries quickly. Very good product and at a extremely good price.

Material ripped within just a few days of use
Wore the product for only a few days when the metal rod inside started to continually slide out the bottom and then the material ripped at the top so it no longer holds the rod inside. Very cheap product it seems.

Couple of problems
I've worn it off and on for two or three weeks doing normal household things, no heavy tool use or lifting and the end of the metal splint has torn through the cloth enclosing it. It now juts out and digs into the bottom side of my finger. I've tried to repair it with gaffer's tape but so far that hasn't worked very well, the splint managed to work its way around the patch in short order. In addition the splint is difficult to secure on the hand because to do it easily would require using two hands and, of course, you have only one to do the job.

Took 6-8 wks but cured my trigger finger - wear when sleeping
This fall I developed trigger finger on my right hand. It was so bad that if I clenched my hand it would lock up completely (like.. was taking a bag of trash to the curb and when I got there, I could not unclench my fingers to get the plastic bag out of my hand. Pretty scary). It took hours before my finger relaxed enough to "snap" back into place. And it was only getting worse, always this finger sticking and "snapping" back.. and painful. I assumed it was happening at night as I slept, just like a past teeth clenching issue. So I wore it as I slept. After a week the improvement was noticeable. I wore it for 2 months, and only at night. Now it's three months later, and it's as if I never suffered from it at all. I bought three different products to try, and didn't even bother with the other 2 after the first 2 days. This product was hands-down (har har) the best.

good
This brace is ideal for the unending tendonitis I have in my left forefinger. I can take a shot at my PC with little trouble. It is agreeable to wear around evening time. The support gives my finger a chance to unwind in a characteristic position and reminds me to utilize my correct hand rather than the left. It doesn't fix the ceaseless tendonitis, yet it makes it more passable.
