Surprisingly sturdy sofa. The color is stunning, and pictures don't do it justice. The one we bought is a deep emerald green, very vibrant. The velvet is so supple, my husband was asleep before I made it outside with all the packaging I had to clean up, haha. We were super nervous about buying a couch online, but it's great! My only complaint is that the box was not very durable. There were two little blemishes (a few inches long) where the velvet got smooshed against the frame, meaning it was shipped improperly. Such is life, no biggie. :) If I could review the delivery drivers, that would be a different story, though! But the sofa is excellent, so soft, very comfortable. Again, the picture doesn't do the color of the velvet ANY justice, I can't emphasize that enough. It is so vibrant and rich. Very happy with it! :)

Definitely recommend, so much that this is my first amazon review. The couch is great, I only had it for a couple days but at first glance it is beautiful and seems to be well made. I've purchased too many couches over the last couple years from IKEA to very high end and all of them were a disappointment comfort and quality wise. This couch feels high quality. The tufting is nice and tight with secure buttons, all my previous couches had buttons that fell off one by one, I don't see how that can happen with this couch. Seams and stitching look secure, the velvet is so soft and silky smooth that dog hair even slides right off. The cushions are a good balance between supportive but not too firm, hopefully they hold up with regular rotating. Those plush couches that feel like warm hugs are usually unattractive, IMO so for such a nice looking couch it's really comfortable. One thing though, this is not a deep couch. I'm used to couches where two people can lay down together but it's not possible with this one and sitting upright, it doesn't extend to my knees and I'm only 5'5". This actually works better for my smaller space. I got lucky, I ordered it when it said only 1 left and more were on the way. When I went back after ordering to check the details I saw the price had gone up $300!! I think the quality is still worth it at that price, I just feel like I really got a good deal on such a high quality couch now. Heads up on the delivery though - Amazon says you can pick your time slot, which I did but ended up spending an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get someone who could actually give me answers when it never showed up after sitting in my new empty house waiting for 3 hours. They eventually told me there was a delay and the delivery company never received it at their facility (but nobody informed me) and they'd call to reschedule for a different day. When the delivery company person called, she was about as disinterested as she could be from the start and told me my delivery options were ONLY Mon-Fri between 8am-12pm. Which doesn't work for me at all and said I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew. She didn't care and said that Amazon doesn't tell them anything about the delivery times and that's why they never called to tell me it was going to be late because they didn't even know. But it arrived during the rescheduled window as expected and the delivery drivers were friendly. But good luck on getting your time slot🙂 **Update: Had my sofa for almost 7 months and still love it. It is holding up really well and it's my only sofa so it gets daily use and I work from home on it, so I'm on it a lot. I still wish it were deeper so 2 people could lay down together more comfortably but it still works. It's plenty long for me to lay down at 5'5" but my 6'2" boyfriend needs to bend his legs. I still don't think I could have found a better couch.

I searched for days for a quality sofa that was made well but didn't cost a fortune. I have a smaller living room and needed something more compact in design. This sofa is beautiful and the velvet fabric is very soft. We are happy with it, overall. The cushions are firm, but still comfortable. The two round bolster pillows are a really nice design touch but not super comfy to lay your head on (I fell asleep on one by accident and woke up with a sore neck). I love the rich charcoal gray color that goes well with everything. The back of the sofa is very straight and firm, so if you want a more upright compact sofa style that doesn't sprawl all over your room, this sofa is a good option. The sides of the sofa are straight up and down, boxy, and very tall, so do not expect to rest your arm on the arm rest--it's too high. We had bought a sofa online before this one and it was a pile of junk that fell apart in 6 months. Make sure you read the details on how they are constructed. This one is well built and good quality. I expect it should last for several years. It feels sturdy and not cheap and wobbly. The seat cushions are reversible and the cushion covers will zip off which is nice for cleaning. The seat base is well made with springs and not just a cheap fiber board base covered in fiber fill like many sofas you find online. It comes already assembled in a huge box, you just need to screw on the legs. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and recommend the sofa. I would buy from this brand again.

I’m not sure how something sealed in tape labeled “fragile” came this jacked up. (The picture is literally how it came off the delivery truck.) The packaging for this items was unacceptable. There is a small defect in the sofa however I am pleased with the overall look of it.

Nice- modern, but not practical for daily use. Couch sat a little firmer than expected, and we didn't realize how low it sat. Not ideal for taller individuals. Lastly the dark grey appeared to be chocolate brown in our setting.
