I bought this to protect the exposed cables of my permanent lighting. It worked great, although I probably could have gone to a smaller diameter. It fits under my garage door and protects the cables from snow shovels. It camouflages the wires and gives a professional appearance. The tool takes a little getting used to, but I was able to install 10 feet of protection in a matter of minutes.

The little helper tool alone was worth this purchase. The loom is what you'd expect, but the little tools are amazing. I never had those when I was doing a lot of car stereo amplifier installations. That little helper thing is AMAZING at getting the wire through the loom.

The Tubing was great, but the installation tool was cheesy. It broke on the first use. The plastic it was made of was way too thin and flimsy. UPDATE 12/16/2025: The company contacted me and gave me a FULL refund for it's failure. Man this is a GREAT company. Will definitely buy from them again, thus the update to five stars. Great company.

It was easy to install until the clip broke. Thankfully there was only a six foot charger cord left to cover. Works great with the clip and hopefully Blue won't be able to chew up any more cords.

I used this to protect two 6 AWG welding cables, 15 ft long, from the starter battery terminals (Fused w/a 60 Amp MRBF) in my Express camper van to a Victron DC to DC charger for my house batteries. Both cables just fit inside the split loom and allowed me to get it through a series of stamped cut outs without drilling any holes or making extreme curves. There was no room available in the factory grommet. The split loom held up well during the installation and made a tough job easier. The thickness of the plastic casing seems rugged; I like that it is fire retardant and it made managing my welding cables much easier. It looks like a professional job.

Works great! Holds quite a bit of wire. Included loom splitter is a life saver.

I use this to wrap an electrical line that ran underneath the back door of my shop. It’s just a little additional added protection to keep the mice away. I would’ve preferred to have run it through some PVC but it was already in place when I acquired the building. This was a quick fix.

As far as split loom goes it is good quality, comparable to any quality split loom. Where this company and their product is a huge step above their competitors is including the simple tool, which makes installing the loom incredibly fast and easy. They include directions for using the tool but I did find them a little lacking. Once the tool is over the wire and inside the loom I used electrical tape to hold the end of the loom where I would want it to end on the wire itself. Otherwise on a long length the wire has a tendency to pull into the loom. Other than that little hint the instructions are pretty good.

Bought to tidy the wiring used to connect a small utility trailer to the tow vehicle. For that it does a nice job, but the install tool is not that helpful. I still needed to use tape to secure the ends, as the wire would start to pull out if i want careful when using. This is also quite brittle plastic,so we'll see if it manages UV from the sun. Over all, no issues but not the best either.
