This weight set was perfect for my daughter to begin her weight lifting journey. She "feels the burn" after every workout. She changes out the different weights daily, and doesn't have any problems doing it. We purchased the 70lb option and she uses the barbell, dumbell, and kettlebell. The size is perfect for her. There haven't been any issues, and she feels they are safely secured using them. If you are starting the weight lifting journey, this is the way to go. This is the perfect investment that won't break the bank. My kids tend to change their minds on things, so if my daughter does, I'm not out hundreds of dollars. She even inspired me to give them a shot starting Monday. Highly recommend this set.

This set is exactly what I needed. 30lbs total. All plates fit nice and secure. It’s great quality and definitely feels and looks as though it’s going to last a long time. Very easy to put together! The grip is perfect, no sliding. The sizing is ideal to store on my patio. Not bulky at all. Absolutely a must buy for this price!

This is honestly perfect! Especially if you are wanting to workout at home. The only complaint i have is, over time it does unscrew a bit. So you have to tighten it when you catch it feel loose. Very easy to use, versatile, fitness level: beginner. Value for money and durable.

You get what you pay for. You can only make the dumbbells about 50 pounds since you can only put 3 plates on each side. It is very tedious and honestly a workout to change weights since you have to unscrew the wing nuts; you cannot just slide the plates on. This set is only useful for very young or old people.

It looks like a really nice product; however, it may not be suitable for shorter people. I am 5’3” tall, and when attempting to use the barbell with its full weight, my hands barely reach the proper position to hold it. It only works without all the weight, when there is more space to grip the bar—but at that point, it feels too light for me. Another potential concern I noticed: when performing exercises like hip thrusts with the full weight, the bar bends sideways in an unhealthy way, almost as if it cannot support the load. This is probably because the bar and many of the parts are made of plastic.

They are sturdy and exactly what I was looking for.
