Essica perfettamente qualsiasi vegetale. Naturalmente i tempi possono variare molto secondo il prodotto che si vuole essiccare. Molto comodi sia il timer automatico che la scelta della temperatura che può arrivare a 65 gradi. Le dimensioni chiaramente non consentono di essiccare grandi quantità, ma per un utilizzo casalingo vanno benissimo.

Der YASHE GGJ-261B Dörrautomat macht genau das, wofür man ihn kauft: Er trocknet Zeug. Apfelchips? Knusprig. Bananenchips? Erfolgreich. Birnenchips? Weggenascht. Chilis? Jetzt offiziell gefährlich scharf. 🌶️ Die Etagen sind aus recht hartem Kunststoff. Macht einen soliden Eindruck – aber ich würde sie jetzt nicht absichtlich fallen lassen, nur um das zu testen. Man muss ja nicht alles wissenschaftlich überprüfen. Zur Reinigung dürfen die Etagen bei mir vorsichtshalber im Schonprogramm in die Spülmaschine. Bisher keine Schmelzorgien, keine Dramen. Fazit: Kein Schnickschnack, kein Drama, kein „Smart-Home-Gedöns“. Einschalten, trocknen lassen, fertig. Genau so soll das. 👍

Compré el deshidratador de alimentos YASHE GGJ-261A porque tenía excedente de fruta en mis árboles, especialmente cítricos, y mucha acababa estropeándose en el suelo. Buscaba una forma sencilla de conservarla y el resultado ha sido muy bueno. El aparato es ligero, con bandejas apilables y un diseño práctico. Es fácil de usar y de limpiar, y permite ajustar el nivel de deshidratación, lo que viene muy bien según el tipo de fruta y el resultado que se busque. La fruta queda bien deshidratada, con buen sabor y textura. Eso sí, es importante cortar los trozos de un tamaño parecido, ya que si no algunos se secan más que otros, algo normal en este tipo de aparatos. Una vez deshidratada, la fruta se puede guardar en tarros al vacío y se conserva varias semanas sin deteriorarse, lo que permite aprovechar mucho mejor la cosecha. En resumen, un producto práctico y eficaz, especialmente recomendable si se tiene huerta o árboles frutales y se quiere evitar el desperdicio.
