Sewing
I love this sewing machine, teaching my Granddaughter how to sew, excellent size and she is 8

Fun and practical.
Works great, the motor is strong enough to push a needle through fabric and iron on patches. Has a storage drawer on the side and maintains tension very well. Overall fun to use and comes with the necessary accessories to get started right out of the box.

Poor quality sewing machine.
Had problems with bobbin they sent another machine. New machine started out ok, but now it keeps crunching the fabric and jamming. Tried rethreading, cleaned bobbin area, changed thread and machine won't sew properly. Bought for granddaughter and machine has not been used much. Would rather have my money back. Not worth the time and effort. I don't expect a perfect machine. Just want it to sew properly.

Easy to use and can do a lot for such a little machine
Wanted to learn how to sew and this little machine helped me do just that. Made my first stocking and looking forward to making many more things. Super easy to setup and use.

Speed Settings Lacking
Bought this for my daughter to upgrade from her SUPER beginner machine. I wanted one that had different stitches and reverse option. It does have that, and it’s a decent machine for a beginner but 2 main issues are 1. The foot pedal is tiny and 2. No speed control. If you put the setting on “off” the foot pedal controls it, but it’s only one speed and it’s quite fast for a beginner. If you use L or H settings it’s automatic which isn’t helpful because if you need to stop as you’re going (which is very common) it’s much harder. In the end I’d say spend a little extra and buy a slightly nicer one as I’m less than 2 months from Xmas reinvesting in a nicer machine now that she’s taking lessons.

Newbe, figured it out quickly
Only issue I ran into is figuring out that "off" is manual mode (foot petal) L & H are automatic speeds. I thought the foot petal was broken 😞 I used Rufus to ask. This is the first time I have successfully used a sewing machine. I am both surprised and proud!

It’s very nice for beginners well I ended up with 3 I’m returning 2 I only need 1 so I do like them
