From a lifelong insomniac, this was suggested for sleep! Was very skeptical it would be of benefit, but was very pleasantly surprised! It did work and facilitated better sleep!

Effective

When I 1st purchased these they worked just fine and I got good sleep but after a few weeks of intermittent use they quickly stopped working and I couldn't sleep. I won't be buying these anymore.
