I ordered this jacket when I was running out of time to find a good quality rain jacket for a rafting trip coming up. The price was fair, the color is just as pictured and the fit is right on.

I needed a new waterproof and breathable rain jack and bought this on. I looked at the reviews and prices and I also trusted the Columbia name. I'm an old(er) man and though Columbia and I have both been around a long time, I've never bought one of their products before. This jacket does what its claimed to do, keeps me dry and its breathable. It also lightweight and packs small. Since I've just bought it, I can't say anything about its durability or longevity, but it seems well-made, should go the distance and the company has a good reputation. My old rain jacket was wearing out after only a couple of decades (how about that) so it was time. Personally, I don't like products with large visible logos but I ate the bullet on this one and bought it anyway. I would have paid more for the same item without a logo, but that may be just me. Finally, I would say that I'd buy this jacket again, hopefully after a decade or more of use. By then, I'll be really old

This is the perfect rain jacket for a college student. It is true to size, packs easily in my backpack and is always on hand in case of rain and heavy wind. It is also a great price point for a college student on a budget.

The cut allows a mid layer without feeling tight, and the hem and cuffs can be adjusted so wind does not blow up the sleeves or bottom. The hood offers decent coverage and cinches down well enough that it stays in place when you turn your head. As always with clothing, though, this is only an opinion, not objective truth, since body shapes and preferences vary a lot. What I appreciate most is how packable the jacket is. It folds into a small bundle that fits easily in a backpack or car compartment, so it is an easy “just in case” layer for travel or errands. The fabric is a bit crinkly, which is typical for this type of rain shell, but it has held up as expected so far without noticeable wear. Pockets are simple but useful for keys, phone, or wallet when you are caught in a shower. Muy bonita, muy útil. La he usado en lluvia pesada y es completamente impermeable. Por lo mismo no es muy transpirable, y te acaloras pronto. Las tallas vienen grandes, soy generalmente M, pero esta la compré S y me quedó super bien, mido 1.75 y peso 72kg. Sin duda una excelente adquisición
