please don't buy this product
This has been a horrible purchase and is not a good product at all. The stainless steel quality is extremely poor. The height between the layers of the idli frame is too low, making it impractical to use. Additionally, the lid is badly made and does not fit properly on the main vessel, causing steam to leak. Because of this leakage, water evaporates quickly and the bottom gets burnt. As a result, I am unable to use this idli cooker at all. I am very disappointed with the quality.

Quality of product is average and Idly plates are very delicate and material is average. For this price the quality is compromised. Ease to use, don't expect that this plates will last for years.

Extremely Poor Quality – Do Not Buy
This product is extremely disappointing and of very poor quality. The material feels cheap and poorly finished. It does not work properly at all—idlis do not cook evenly, they stick to the plates, and the overall results are terrible. The heating is inconsistent and unreliable. This product is not worth the money and feels like a complete waste. I strongly advise others not to buy this item. Very bad experience.
