What is the zeroing process from start to finish?

No need to zero your night vision. Your scope is already zeroed. In the menu option you will bring up the Reticle option. Simply press the center button to activate the night vision Reticle then hit the up, down, left or right buttons to move your night vision Reticle center to your scope Reticle. Your scope Reticle and night vision Reticle are now in sync.

How do I register for warranty purposes? Model is not listed on website, and there's no contact seller option on Amazon!

What are the pros and cons of 850nm versus 940nm?

850nm is the standard IR Illuminator, this has the small red glow and maybe seen by some animals. 940nm is a higher wavelength and is not visible to animals; its sometimes called stealth or covert - it doesn't have the red glow, but the trade off is less range.
