The quality was rubbish. Within couple of weeks of use the hooks snapped. Definitely not as reliable/durable as shown in video. Very disappointed feel like I've been robbed.

Arrived quick, excellent packaging. Seem expensive when first browsing but I can say that Tetbury products are worth the extra.Tetbury are well built, very strong and look lovely. This item has really complemented my refurbished cloakroom. Worth buying the 3 basket one if you have the room. The baskets are generous. Because mine is over shoe cupboards, not a bench, I use the hooks for nice vintage hangy hearts etc. This item really does justice to a room. Can't praise it enough, or the service.

The Tetbury coat rack arrived in good time and was very well packaged. It looked lovely in my hall and fitted snugly into the recess. However, when we came to hang coats on it we noticed that 2 of the coat hooks were rusty, one much more so than the other. Had the item not been so bulky I would have returned this. I am disappointed as this wasn't cheap and I read the reviews before ordering and they seemed mostly positive.

Not the best quality

Lovely and strong but my hubby had to drill holes behind the baskets into the wall and fit with sturdy rawl plugs as the fastenings that come with it would never hold such a heavy thing as this. It wasn't a problem and you can't see the holes as the baskets hide them.

Great product, a little concerned on the fittings for the top shelf will probably add additional fixings to make sure.

The picture does not really do it much justice really as It looked smaller to me online but in person its much bigger.Love this, goes well in my home very stylish.
