The pieces are are harder and smaller than I expected. Could definitely be a choking hazard for elderly or anyone otherwise challenged.

Cracker like
I was looking for an alternative to our regular communion bread st church. I found something similar where I get my regular communion bread. It is good, not quite the same texture of our bread, more like a small cracker. I would definitely try it if we needed an alternative.
