"Immediate" improvement not accurate assessment of the
The 'almost immediate' (or similar) wording is probably dishonest. I have used the lamp daily for several weeks now and I have not noticed any changes as the manufacturer claims. Maybe over a more extended period of time improvements may become evident.

Fight the good fight
I don't find the flickering light annoying. I'm not sure if it works yet. We'll see, but even if this light bulb lasts one week, I'm glad I bought it. I think there's a huge brain epidemic going on and doctors are just guessing and giving it fancy names (in my opinion, allegedly).

Significantly better than other options and with a friendly price point
It has been my experience that various 40 hz entrainment lights are not all the same. Dealing with Alzheimer's has moved me to ensure I have the very best independently tested bulbs - only two have met my standards and at decent price. No gimmick.
So far, no problems. No gimmick-There is definitely an effect. Had to take my time down to 5 mins ( to start). Noticed it made me agitated at 30 minutes. I do feel the stimulation to my thinking. Will keep using👍🏽
