Great quality & value
Great quality & value, it make a refreshing change to buy something at this price point that is really good quality, it has everything needed to mount a 2.5 inch drive into 3.5 inch bay or in my case repurpose a couple of external drive caddies that had small drives in and replace them with a couple of spare 1TB laptop drives for a bit of spare storage.

So Useful for swapping drives
Really pleased that I came across these adaptors, they not only make HDD swapping a breeze but because I can now use 2.5inch or 3.25inch drives in a single bay they take up much less space. I did have a bit of an issue in that the screws supplied were no long enough to screw into any of my SSD's but I have plenty of screws, so no big deal. I just wish I'd purchased more.

Got this so that I could swap out old HDD for an SSD - works great and extended life of PC as no longer slowed down by mechanical HDD

It works, it's plastic, fits easy enough in hard drive trays, the fins might have a slight cooling effect but have never checked.

Just the best timesaver,wanted to change storage on computer, a bit involved for me went through all the steps but found it easy to make mistakes with various software involved,instead removed ssd from computer, fitted it to Orico Cloner,fitted a new faster larger ssd to Orico cloner within about 20 minutes(time varies with amount of data to be cloned)i fitted new ssd anx started computer which immediately booted up😁Just the greatest piece of Tech

Worked perfectly for the application

Great adapter and good price --thanks ORICO and Amazon . Works as expected to properly encase my 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch HD. Then the adapter and HD fit into my Dell blue plastic caddy to the DELL computer case normally. So bought 2 of these to be ready for any combnation of my 2.5 HD needs and additions I may encounter.

Why design a plastic heat sink when it is known that plastic will not disipate heat and actualy it retards heat disipation.
