I'm going on 10 months with these.... and they are my favorite. I like the unique charging case, the sound is excellent. I have smaller ears and this clips beautifully (I tried at least a dozen others) for the quality of sound and design... these are my fave. Getting a second set...

Well, we did a sound test on this with other ear phones that we have and we were surprised to how nice this sounded. My initial guess is this will sound horrible because of the size and the battery will be short lived. This ear phone has good sound quality. I have not find out the battery limit but 2 hours of continuous use with no problem. The ear phones remained clipped during a head shaking, jumping and running test. They did not fall. They are comfortable and so far no sore spot. Since the phone design has a rigid connection, people with a huge ear might have problem clipping them in place. I certainly feels fine with them. There is no adjustment possible. Bluetooth connection is fine, no issue. I like the look of the case and how you can hang it anywhere you want.

When it arrives, the left piece comes with aesthetic manufacturing flaws, the sound quality is terrible, the volume level has to be at maximum to hear anything. When you put the earbuds in the charging cases, they don't turn off...they keep playing. After a month of use it don’t works any more. Pretty disappointed. Is it possible to ask for warranty or refund?

They are easy to use, and don't hurt my ears. The string to attach to the case is difficult to get through, but that is the only thing that is difficult. Easy to pair. There is no external volume control, you have to use the volume on your device to adjust. When making a phone call, the sound comes through crisp and clear.
