Works like it should
I bought this for my sister when she broke her key for her Camry. She is not mechanically inclined at all but setup was fairly easy for her. The buttons all work, it was easy for her to program to the car, and has worked well for her. Good key for the price that's lasted

Save $ with this Shell & professional key repair
The car company wanted $500 to replace fob keys & claimed programming was necessary! Another related key guy wanted $150. With this product I found A1 Key business and had two fobs replaced with insides of both broken shells for under $60 - no reprogramming!!! Also was given instructions on how to use key in ignition to better preserve it. This was superior replacement method & much less expensive! THANKS! (I offered big tip for careful competency of staff - still was much less than “official” dealership)

It works! just be aware of what you're getting yourself into
I can't complain, this was $7 and a new OEM key is over $200. The buttons work and it starts my car. It wasn't easy though. The transponder chip has to be transferred to the new key, it's a tiny black rectangle that is glued into place. Removing the chip is a risky procedure, you have to scrape away the glue with a pick, cut along the edges with a razor blade, and carefully pry out the chip. It's easiest if you use a vise or pliers to break the old key just below the chip so you can get access from that end. Installing the buttons and moving over the main fob part is pretty easy, old buttons won't fit, they're very slightly different, and on the new one they're sunk in a little more, not a big deal though.

Beware
My key broke away from the plastic housing. This worked on my car as soon as I changed the battery into it from my old key. Unfortunately, it comes with a blank key attached that can't be removed. I had to take my key to the locksmith to get a new key cut. You also have to transfer the chip which is superglued to the original fob. Be careful not to break it because this is the expensive part. It cost about $40 in addition to this part to get a working key.

Didn't work for me
I've purchased this product before from diffrwnt seller and it worked out great. This time around I tried a diffrwnt vender and it turned into a nightmare I have no idea what went wrong but when I transfered my old chip I to this key it wouldn't work. I tried everything to get it to start my car and nothing. I had to revert to using my old original key from dealer.

Sunken in buttons.
The buttons on the key fob are all sunken in—they’re very low and not easy to press.

Worked great wo a locksmith or expensive dealer !
This product comes with the blank, it's not just an image to see if that looks like your key. They are permanent to the FOB, if that comes off, you'll have get a replacement like I did. With that being said, I took the blank and the original to HomeDeopt after not being able to find a locksmith in my area, with a little convincing to the hardware guy to just go for it, it was hesitant a bit and had to bypass some steps on his end, but he got it done and the cut was perfect and worked 100%. The hardest part was digging out the original chip, i did have to destroy the original FOB to get it out, but it's possible with a box cutter and pointing plyers to pry it out but putting back in the new one was no problem. Realigned the buttons, but back the rubber cover then the transponder back and it snapped back together and started the car right up. All in all the cost of the key repair was about 11 bucks!
