Good exercise machine
The shaking intensity is strong. It takes up very little space and is relatively easy to use. It’s good for relaxing after exercise.

I just got this today and I am beyond excited!! Myself and my kids already took turns on it and it’s exactly what I was looking for!! I cannot wait to see the long term results!

I just loved this vibration machine specially with the remote , you can slow or high speed any time , perfect for me and my husband .

Uncontrollable Vibration Plate
The unit probably would work fine if the remote control didn't have to be within a few inches of it. I couldn't control the speed without touching the unit, and the buttons on the unit didn't help me either. Customer service asked me if I put the batteries in the remote and if I put them in correctly. I am quite tech savvy, so this was a tad of an insult to me. So I returned it and bought another one from a different brand. I like this other brand because it's bigger and it worked the way I wanted with my first try.

Very good product.
This vibration machine is very useful! The remote control makes it easy to operate, and you can adjust the frequency and time yourself, Great value for your money. I instantly felt pain relief. Which is Incredible. The difference speed control on the remote is Definitely a big plus for me .

Cool device that is affordable
Overall, very happy with this purchase. Does start off at a high amplitude but once it gets going it feels great to get a little work out on.

Genial, se siente la notification de los músculos desde el primer uso. Ideal para ejercitar el cuerpo sin esfuerzo físico. Se siente bien fuerte la vibración y ayuda a relajar los músculos. Es peque ño, lo que me ahorra espacio en la casa y fácil de manipular. Tiene 90 niveles de fuerza, solo he intentado el primero, por una semana y ya se siente el cambio en el cuerpo. Me encanta seguiré usando diariamente. Recomendado.

I feel toned and energetic after just a few use
My new go to workout for toning while flushing my lymphatic system. Health wise i think everyone should have one of these. I use it 10mins per day for 3-4 days per week.
