Good stuff if you can stomach it.
Tastes a little bland but that's probably because im not using the full 3 scoops for each drink. Im using it to make chocolate and banana smoothies in an attempt to combat weight loss from swallowing difficulties and lack of physical food. Im also on prescription high calorie drinks but it's just not enough calorie wise. This stuff has definitely helped turn my weight from stable to slowly gaining with a drink every other day, using it cautiously as it's a little rough on the bowels and if like me you've got underlying bowel issues you may find this a little upsetting on your insides if you over do it. Like some others I do find the bag seal a little irritating and difficult to press together.
