Brown Ceramic Ring - 4mm Width. Domed & Polished. (Avail. Sizes 5 to 14).

I ordered two of the Brown Ceramic Rings. First, I ordered one that is size 8. I'd gained weight and thought it would fit. It came on time, and was exactly as the description said- domed and polished. It was a lovely copper brown, really interesting and attractive color. Unfortunately, it was also about a size and a half too big-- BUT, it fit my boyfriend perfectly. So I gave it to him and went to order another one.That's when I discovered that the sizes that had been available for the ring were fewer than the week before. I ordered a size 7 (when I would have preferred size 6.5, but that wasn't available any more). The ring came on time, but it was NOT domed. It was flat. The difference did give it wider, more masculine look, which isn't my style. I spoke to customer service after I couldn't do a return/replace online. It turns out that the seller isn't Amazon per se, so they couldn't do a replacement.I should have been a bit suspicious of that, because it meant that Amazon had little to no control of what I was getting.I went through with the return, and re-ordered the ring to be overnighted.I just received the replacement ring, and again, it's not domed.But, what is more suspicious, is that when I went back to the item's page, there no longer IS a size 7 to order. I am thinking that what we are getting from Amazon is the cast offs, as if this were eBay.So, although what is available on Amazon is a nice, simple ring in an interesting color- buyer beware. Ceramic Gestalt is obviously not worried about quality control or availability for the Amazon customers.
