The first thing you notice about this wire stripper is just how robust it feels, it certainly feels like it will survive being thrown around in the bottom of a tool bag, but with its bright blue colour it is easy to quickly find when needed. There are multiple stripping parts to the tool like several tools combined into one. The individual wire striper part is marked with standard wire sizes and is easy to use giving a clean strip with no damage to the inner core/strands. The adjustable blade takes some trial and error to get it right as there are no indicator marks on the adjustment wheel, in fact the guide image on the side tool of which way to turn the wheel is almost useless as it's not in the same plane as the wheel itself. However once you have the correct height of the blade dialled in you can slice long runs of cable easily. It is super versatile being able to slice both round and flat cables. Overall, a very handy tool suitable for both professional and DIYer alike, it just takes a little practice to make perfect cuts.

In my daily work as electrician, I'm using knipex, Ck, and different tools for striping cable , This is by far the best, the design and materials are very good, and its easy to use, and adjust the blade

Didn’t work properly for me. The blade may have been defective but had to return for a refund. Amazon very good as usual

This is a very capable tool and I am sure it will come in useful on some jobs. I’ve given this to my Apprentice for basic wiring of thermostats on boilers. Although is not as good as my professional tool it certainly does a job. It does offer a reasonable value for money, but there there are better tools out there For not much more. This sometimes struggle on the four core on earth cables that we use for wiring thermostats to Boilers but on the smaller two core nerve cables 2.5 mm 1.5 mm it doesn’t admiral job of stripping them back. This is a definite time saving device Very good wire stripper. It is easy to use straight out of the box and the blade will be easy to replace. Should you need to. The item itself feels well-made and durable and the build qualities certainly on par with my more expensive stripper

La parte trasera para sangrar cables gordos funciona correctamente. Sin embargo la parte delantera con cuchillas en forma circular de varias medidas no tanto. Tienes que pulsar con el pulgar y tirar hacia fuera. No es una postura ni movimiento muy naturales, con lo que pelar cables es algo más tedioso que con otros sistemas. En otros pelacables la fuerza la haces con toda la mano, que siempre es más fuerte y te vas a cansar menos que si pulsas solamente con el pulgar.

Spelafili "Made in Germany", davvero robusto e ben realizzato, che permette svariate modalità di utilizzo. È possibile sguainare i cavi singoli di diverse sezioni e quelli multipolari tondi o piatti. Sicuramente un ottimo alleato se abbiamo diversi cavi da sguainare e vogliamo accelerare i tempi rispetto all'utilizzo delle forbici (soprattutto per i cavi multipolari). Anche se non di facilissimo accesso (e bisogna leggere attentamente le istruzioni in inglese per rendersene conto), all'interno del corpo è contenuta una lama di ricambio per lo sguaina cavi multipolari. Il dubbio del titolo nasce dal fatto che questa lama, regolabile in profondità agendo sulla rotellina rossa, gira su se stessa oltre a salire o a scendere, come si può vedere nelle foto (e rimane in ogni caso libera di girare se la si tocca). Bisogna quindi sincerarsi che sia nella posizione corretta per poter procedere all'incisione della guaina esterna dei cavi. Forse il meccanismo è studiato proprio in modo che la lama si posizioni "automaticamente" in base al cavo che inseriamo, ma questo non è spiegato da nessuna parte. Io, regolandola alla giusta profondità, ho ottenuto un bel taglio della guaina esterna, senza toccare le guaine dei singoli cavi all'interno. Al netto di questo dubbio lo strumento è sicuramente comodo, efficace e molto solido.

Dénude-câble : pour le prix, on pourrait penser que c'est un gadget, mais non, bien au contraire. La conception est très ergonomique comparée à d'autres modèles, et surtout, il est très bien fabriqué. Tout en plastique, mais de très bonne qualité, aucun jeu sur l'ouverture, et la profondeur de coupe de la gaine est réglable. Il fonctionne très bien. Merci d'avoir lu.
