I got a gnat in my eye and I had a reaction & my eye swelled shut. I went to the ER and they recommended eye drops & cold compresses. The se were the perfect size to cover my eye and one side was fabric while the other side was soft vinyl. Follow the directions and use as recommended otherwise you can damage the delicate skin on your eye area. They also added a gauze bandage so you can wrap it around your head to hold the cold pack in place, or any other area. I tried them from the fridge and they weren’t cold enough for me. When taken from the freezer, let them rest for 5 minutes to warm up.

I recently had eye surgery and bought this ice pack. It’s about the size of my palm, and the gel inside keeps it cold for around 10 minutes. After that, it doesn’t stay very cold, but since it comes as a set, I can rotate them, which makes it really convenient. Overall, it works well for short, quick cooling,

Our dog just had knee surgery and needed something for swelling. He's just a hair over 40 lbs, so a medium-sized dog, and these pucks are absolutely the PERFECT size for our purposes. The gel is nice and flexible so it molds around the contours nicely, but they're firm enough to be able to apply good compression. The ace bandage-style wrap with the pocket is fabulous. The pocket is large enough to hold 2 pucks with just enough space between them that it makes it easy to wrap around his knee and inner thigh so we can ice both sides of his knee at the same time and not have to hold the pucks in place. They also stay cold for a good long time. I left them out for about 20 minutes after his 15-minute ice down and they were still plenty cold. They also chill quickly, so they're ready for his next session with no problems. I have not tried them heated yet. I like that they come in a bag to keep them contained and safe from punctures in the freezer. Having them as a 6 pack is awesome, especially for our purposes. He has also had swelling in his upper thigh and his ankle, so I can easily place one on his thigh with the edge tucked into the wrap to keep it in place. The fabric backing is fine for that area and is adequate for skin protection there. For his ankle, I just use a tea towel to give him a little more protection since the hair is so thin there. I can put a puck on the inside and outside of his ankle, too. We have been using 5 pucks at a time and it's been working wonderfully. He seems relaxed and comfortable while getting iced down, so these have been great. The size truly is perfect for the dog, but I know we hoomans will find a good use for them, as well! I foresee using them heated for sinus pain relief.

Good but not nearly as much ice inside as the one at the hospital. Thin, so they get warm too fast.

Hatte meinen großen Fußzeh gebrochen und brauchte eine Möglichkeit meinen Fuß zu kühlen ohne dass das Kühlpad verrutscht oder die falschen Stellen kühlt. Dieses hier ist perfekt.. Es gibt viele kleine die man schnell abwechselnd in die Kühlung legen kann ohne dass man am ende ohne eins da steht bzw sitzt. Man kann 2 pads in das kleine Säckchen nebeneinander stecken um eine größere Stelle zu kühlen. Bei meinem Zeh reichte eins. Je nachdem welche Seite man nach unten legt ist die Kühlung stärker oder schwächer. Auch ist es möglich das Band so zu drapieren und festzukletten, dass es nicht zu kühl ist und man damit schlafen gehen kann, ohne Angst zu haben dass man Erfrierungen bekommt 😁👍 trägt sich sehr bequem und ist nicht schwer. Wunderbar 👌👌👌 klare Kaufempfehlung! Besonders bei solchen Verletzungen an Gelenken und Knöcheln der Klettverschluss hält bombig stark, der Verband ist schön weich. Je n'ai testé ces sacs que pour leur rétention de froid, ils sont plutôt efficaces et soulagent pendant 10-15 min une douleur dentaire par exemple. Toujours en bon état après plusieurs mois au frigo et congélateur.

Son pads muy pequeñitos, pero al ser varios son ideales para cuando quieres tratar una zona en específico, irlos turnando en la medida que pierden temperatura. También se pueden usar para ayudar en la lactancia. Un acierto.

I have wrists that swell up because of a car accident. So I usually buy support wrist guards on Amazon. When I saw this, I figured this would be additional assistance in getting the swelling down. I was correct. These are a little blue discs that come with a little @go bag” which you can store in your freezer. They are good if you only need a small amount of cold somewhere. Which I did. It takes a little bit of manoeuvring but I’m able to fit a couple of discs in between the wrist guards. Then I get the double duty of the support and it, as well as the cooling from the discs. They don’t last a heck of a long time but um.. they are small so yeah.. it doesn’t matter because you could just replace it with another disc. Benjie booty is about 6 1/2 pounds so you can see the size of them. Yes, they have freezing wrist products which I have bought.. but those ones don’t support the wrist. So buying these, it gives me the additional benefit of both.
