Hookah lamp
This was a replacement for older hookah lamp, the wide stem inside the base makes it much easier to smoke versus lamp with a skinnier stem. It really makes a difference. Good quality and design. Easy setup and cleaning.

This is truly one of the best hookah device ever made. Every single part is removable including the stem. You can even remove the purge balls.
