I have been using this since 6 months and now I have consumed 3 buckets of Mass Gainer XXL. My height is 6ft 2inches and I weighed 60kgs back then. I started going to the gym and I heard about this protein through one of my friends. Now I am at 82kgs. I gained over 20kgs in 5 months but I also focussed on my diet. A mass gainer will not work without a healthy diet. You also need to work out with it if you want to see the progress. If you view Mass Gainer XXL as a meal replacement then it will not work. Health Tip: For skinny guys like me, you need to eat as many bananas and whole eggs as you can. To bulk up I ate 8 eggs and 12 bananas daily. You need to make sure that you break up your food consumption and have 5 equally divided meals in a day. You will see a lot of change in your physique.

Ordered it for my brother who is very lazy in having his meals and not so active too. He spends an hour daily for sports and does light workout with barbell and dumb-bells at home.
