Poor Service
Since around 3-4 months back I got the product since that time I am struggling a lot. Even last one week suddenly something gone wrong and it is not functioning. Tried reaching the helpline number provided on a product but unfortunately that too is not working. This is my first experience buying a product online. Need a solution to this urgently

I have ordered this product today and waiting for deliveryRacold is a good brand in geysers, but I see some mistake in product specification. Its shown as 2.5 kg in weight which cannot be.So it will be useful to provide full technical details along with installation procedure like who dose this & is it free of cost.

Incase of problem service and spare parts not available.
Quality and life good but we have to use carefully because Proper service and spare parts not available. Customer care service not respond properly. Easily instal very easy to use. After some usage lighter not spark it means shell need to replace. After replace the shell it work...

Five 🌟
To be very honest, this s**t went bad in less than a month and I am having the worst time trying to get a replacement / service.A very simple advice to go for a good one.Hate you Racold.

Poor customer service from raa cold. Never purchase
Raacold service executive is not interested in installing a gas geycer and in fact blaming us for purchasing online. He is asking me to return it . I finally took a call to return it. Poor customer service.

Best gas geyser
Racold is well known for water heaters and when I was in the market to buy one I was suggested to go for Racold only, nevertheless after six months of using it I have no complaints, It just works as it is supposed to. No issues till date. No signs of rust since the body is powder coated.
