Using echo link amp (60wx2-ch amp) connected to switch. sound drops dramatically with each speaker added. suggestions for amp between echo & switch?

You can expect a volume drop when you add more speakers. How much this drops depends a lot on your amplifier, but also the sensitivity of your speakers. Note that the amplifier in the Echo Link Amp is unlikely to drive many speakers at a time at high volume. Our favourite amps to use are the Sonos Amp or the Bluesound Powernode.

Can you use google home or assistant to control the zones?

At the moment (2021) Google Assistant / Google Home is not supported, only Amazon Alexa. This is on the roadmap for the future.

How does the remote control (contact closure) work? Does it take a voltage on/off to enable/disable speaker outputs?

No voltage is required. If you touch COM with A, it toggles Zone A on and off. If you touch COM with B, it toggles Zone B on and off. You can read more about this here: https://flow.audio/support/contact-closure/

Where is the remote control? advertised with remote control but nothing in box?

Audioflow does not include a remote control. You can use Android, iOS, Amazon Alexa or wire your own switch to the contact closure connector (labelled 'Remote Control').
