Hydra Needle 20 Derma Stamp Microneedling Pin Length 0.25 mm, Serum Applicator Bottle Reusable for Anti-aging Skin Care Hair Beard Growth Stimulation

This is great, I'd only used derma rollers before but, I bought an Epidermal Growth Serum to fill this with, plus a stem cell serum for immediate use afterwards plus my usual hydrolysed collagen serum which was what I always used with the dermal roller (which did make my skin plumper the next day but the effects didn't last cos I used the roller very lightly). In order to get the serum you fill it with out you have to press a lot harder. This put me off a wee bit to begin with but, I stuck with it. My fave was REALLY red and some blood had been drawn. That was 3 days ago and it took 3 days for my skin to heal from it. I just kept on applying the stem cell serum, collagen serum and my usual peptide serum and night cream during the day since it is if a thicker consistency. My skin looks GREAT. I know this is apparently for one use only but it still has half the serum I initially put in it because I knew my skin had had enough at that point so, I'm going to spray the needles with medical alcohol and let it dry before I use again, and I think I'll use it 4 times because those needles are SHARP and they're definitely not gonna blunt after 2 uses. Anyway, I highly recommend cos it's really effective with an Epidermal Growth Serum which encourages the new growth of healthy cells and helps your skin produce more collagen. Yes my skin is still a bit rough but, now it's calmed down I'm gonna use an AHA/BHA exfoliant tonight and update this review after a week to fully explain the difference in my skin . Good quality product. Another review says they dissapointed cos the serum doesn't come through the needles well, no derma stamps do that (I'm not sure if the derma pens do that) but the serum is coming out instantly therefore going straight into the small channels that the derma stamps is causing so, it's really effective at getting serums deeper under the skin, to the layer below the epidermis.

Liquid didn't come out even when pressed hard disappointed 😒

I would give it zero, but not possible. It does nothing. The pins do not come out, the liquid just randomnly leakes out of the bottle all over you. For the money, not even worth returning. Was expecting that with the size of needles it will need replacement every 2-3 months, glad I did not commit to that.

Really good for hair growth stimulation. a bit sharp so you'll need to be careful how you use it just gently picked.

Its very good for medicines like minoxidil to be put directly to scalp and has perfect needle size

I had really I hopes for this having seen all the promos on social media. I’ve been microneedling for many years. I started out with a roller, then progressed to a microneedling pen. I thought this would be great for those interim top up sessions inbetween a full microneedling session. I was really excited to use it, but literally nothing comes out! I tried positioning it all sorts of ways, but still nothing. Shame, as the concept is really great.,
