Q: Does it work with smart bulbs?

No, smart bulbs are not supported. It supports up to 250W INC & HAL, 120W LED & CFL and 250W MLV & ELV. Supports dimming & multiway lighting.

Q: I have installed all 6 dimmers, however the lights flicker at 30% and below - is there anything I'm missing or is this a know problem?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Would mind sending us the UUID of your dimmer switches via email or buyer support and we will fix the problem for you immediately.

Q: Can this control Broadlink devices through Alexa connection?

It can connect to Alexa, but can not directly control Broadlink devices, only by waking up Alexa to achieve control.

Q: Does this support HomeAssistant (as a switch and as a display)?

HomeAssistant is not currently supported, but we are currently Matter certified and specific features are still in testing and are expected to pass testing in the first half of 2023. Once testing is complete, it will be interoperable with all Matter-certified platforms, including Homekit and HomeAssistant.
